The entities to which it is addressed will have to fill in a single form regardless of the Segment (I, II or III) to which they belong. In addition, for communities of property, jointly owned farms and civil societies with commercial purpose that do not have a representative duly empowered before a notary, it will be necessary to submit a model of legal representation appointing a legal representative of the members of the entity. This model will be available in the landing page of the Call for Proposals at the Red.es Electronic Headquarters. It should be noted that professional civil societies will not need to present this model of legal representation.
Which entities will be able to apply for the digital bond?
Those entities with less than 50 employees will be eligible for the digital bonus. On the other hand, as in previous Calls for Proposals, the aid will be differentiated according to the following criteria:
- Segment I (entities between 10 and less than 50 employees).
